Pigeon Valley Fire Update 30: 11 February 2019 0800 hours

Police and New Zealand Defence Force continue to manage cordons and security within the evacuated areas.

Weather conditions for the next few days remain benign with warm temperatures and light winds, ideal for fire fighters.
